Approach

This project started with learning about the business, the customers, and how visitors are accessing and using their website.

Objective

From the research and planning, the strategy became clear – to design a user experience that best suited their customer-focussed, expert approach to furniture – and continue their goal of driving footfall to their showrooms.

Results

The result is a clean, image-led website with a clear UX, that showcases their furniture, expertise and 45 year heritage.
